Our Apartment house has the perfect location in the center of Oetz. It is the ideal starting point for all your activities - skiing, hiking and biking.
Just leave your car on the parking. Restaurants, shops and the center of Oetz is easy to walk.
The cable car Hochoetz is around 300 meters to walk.
The skibus stops in front of our house.
We have a skirental and a skischool in our house with a free deposit on the top of the mountain.
In summer you can rent bikes.
